One of two emojis used to represent factory workers, the man factory worker is identified by his working blow torch, and his welder’s mask which is perched on top of his head, and he is invariably dressed in blue. In some versions, instead of a welder’s mask he is wearing a hard hat and protective glasses. His skin tone and hair color can be altered with a modifier on the platforms which support this feature. The emoji is often used in combination with the factory emoji and can be used to symbolize any kind of factory worker or manufacturer. It can also be used more generally to talk of doing work or repairs.
